This position requires me to adhere to strict scheduling dates and ensuring all proper Entitlements are in place prior to construction start (AAV/BP’s/P.O’s/Material). All CX progress was monitored by myself and all updates were added to the master tracker and our PM was informed once this was completed. All COP docs were processed myself and all punch issues were sent to our GC requesting all necessary corrections be made.

As a foreman my role was to ensure all construction time frames were adhered to on a daily basis, All work consisted of L700/AIR32 Installations. All work required the ability to sweep test/fiber test/ Configure RET actuators (RET configuration sheet) and occasionally PIM test. I would work with the NIC/NOC to resolve any alarms or outstanding post installation issues, all cop docs were submitted by myself or Project Manager within 48hrs.

As a foreman with Mycom my duties included building and troubleshooting all aspects of UMTS/LTE. (1c/2c & 2^nd step installations).UMTS (1c thru 5c, RXAIT installations)

Construction Manager (LTE Project) Ensuring all projects were completed in a timely manner, this position required the ability to update Excel tracker on a daily basis and confirming all Docs (Site Acquisition/P.O.’s/Change orders/Scheduling) was in place prior to construction start.

Installation and troubleshooting (GSM, UMTS, L.T.E.) Completing warranty/non warranty trouble tickets, UMTS 3c/4c carrier installation to AT&T and Bechtel standards, familiar with RXAIT inst. And troubleshooting. Making sure all documents and photos are submitted in a timely manner and all projects were built with safety in mind.

 

·   STC Netcom Foreman 10/2009 – 04/2012

As a foreman I was responsible for maintaining compliance with all company, OSHA, BECHTEL and customer specific safety procedures and guidelines. I was also responsible for identifying essential material and tools required to carry out the scope of work, ensuring jobs were completed in a timely manner and with upmost quality. Making sure all documents and photos were turned in in a timely manner and all projects were built with safety in mind. Builds consisted of LTE (1/C), UMTS (1C/2C/3C/4C) and occasional trouble shooting.
